Her work includes investing in democratic infrastructure and advising 160 start-up founders as Entrepreneur in Residence at New Media Ventures, launching the Office of Social Responsibility at the world's largest health care company, and investing $22M into community based interventions with a particular focus on maternal health based on her experiences as a birth and death doula.
An award-winning storyteller, she co-hosted the top 5 Apple podcast Until It's Fixed, filmed an award-winning documentary on the Syrian refugee crisis in Greece, and launched New Leaders Council-Twin Cities, now one of the largest leadership and development programs for young people advancing equity in the region.
Callie is a United Nations Fellow and was recently appointed to the NYC Commission for Gender Equity.
